My Mission

I am Alexandra Ayre and my mission is to develop the leadership skills of middle and senior leaders in schools helping them to be more resilient and effective through:

  • Expanding their leadership skills as part of a 1:1 executive coaching programme

  • Providing a safe and secure space to process challenges and find solutions

  • Developing skills to effectively deal with conflict as a leader

  • Improving communication as a leader with all stakeholders

About Alexandra

As a former Head Teacher for ten years, I understand the pressures of working with a range of different stakeholders.

I am energised by helping school leaders to be more resilient, confident and effective in leading their teams and organisations.

Ultimately, I am passionate about developing school leaders to lead more effectively so that the young people in their care can flourish.

Services

  • 1:1 Leadership Development

    Individual executive coaching to develop the leadership skills of middle and senior leaders. Work with individuals may include using 360 feedback and psychometric tools such as the MBTI and FIRO-B.

  • Team Development

    Team training with the aim of working more effectively as a team to successfully lead the organisation. The programme may include a Team 360 and psychometric tools such as the MBTI and FIRO-B.
